choreography is an ancient art that involves using a series of simple movements to convey an emotion and create an effect.
Here, choreographer/musician Alex Ross demonstrates how to use his feet to create a dramatic motion in an 8-minute video.
Ross first started choreographing for the MTV Movie Awards in 2011 when he was 17 years old, when he learned how to perform for the group of people he had to impress.
He had to make a choreography that was not only visually beautiful, but also perform.
Ross then went on to create numerous videos and music videos to sell his unique approach to choreography.
In 2014, Ross was recognized as one of the top choreographers in the world for his work on “Glamour’s 10 Most Shocking Female Musicians.”
